Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information involved when you use Green Screen Remover and how to contact us about it.
Accounts and support
Account details and support messages are used to provide account access and answer your requests. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information to support.
Uploaded media
Processing a video requires transferring the clip and any background image to the services that perform the edit. Upload only media you have permission to use, and avoid sensitive material that should not be processed by an online service.
Payments and analytics
Payment processors handle payment information. We use product analytics to understand visits, edits, and purchases. Analytics event properties exclude your scene briefs, media URLs, email address, and authentication credentials.
Your choices
Use Cookie Preferences to manage analytics choices. Contact support for questions about access, correction, or deletion of account information. Rights and any required retention depend on applicable law.
